recruit, train, and match motivated professionals with small business
and non-profit organizations in need of management
assistance. Once placed, these leaders engage team-based
projects with the goal of helping those organizations achieve
important objectives.

volunteer consulting engagements we structure span three months and require only a
few hours per week to complete.
Therefore, our members receive the
benefits of encountering (and succeeding at) intriguing leadership
projects - with little interruption to their existing work and
personal responsibilities.
