USA Leadership Corps is a national network of talented business professionals who lead volunteer consulting projects to address the management needs of local small business and non-profits. We provide this support because we are dedicated to making positive contributions to society and developing professionally.

WHAT WE DO

As a member of our team you will volunteer two hours per week (during normal business hours) in order to lead resume-building projects such as…

* Collaborating with a client team to analyze a management challenge and brainstorm a list of ideas that will improve the situation.

* Coordinating the implementation of an idea that will improve your client’s performance.

* Coaching a group of managers with the goal of increasing their leadership effectiveness.

* Directing executives as they develop long-term goals for their organization.

CORPS REQUIREMENTS

No previous management consulting experience is required to join the Corps. However, you must possess two key qualities:

1. You must have earned a bachelor's degree (in any major or concentration) from an accredited college or university.

2. You must have gained at least four years of professional work experience.
