Please
plan to complete the below
activities in order to participate in our program.
Before
you can be matched with a client you must...
1. Complete
our on-line admission application
2. Read
Consulting Alliance: The Priority of Team Improvement, our
specialized consulting curriculum.
3. Pass an oral examination on the curriculum.
4. We will then search
our database for a local organization in need of consulting
assistance. If one is found, we will schedule an
'orientation' meeting
between you and your potential client.
To
secure your project you must...
1. Conduct
an 'orientation meeting' with your potential client (to learn more about
their needs and to explain the
consulting approach you will lead).
To
complete your project, over the next three months you will...
1.
Dedicate approximately three hours per week conducting client meetings and completing project deliverables (explained in
depth in our consulting curriculum).
2.
If you complete all of your project deliverables satisfactorily
within the three-month period your project will be a success!
