If you are interested in partnering with a talented consultant from our network, consider the below steps:

Activity		Description

Complete Registration Form	..	Complete a Small Business / Nonprofit Partner Application so that we can learn about your company and needs (10 minutes).

Schedule Phone Consultation		A USALC staff member will schedule a 20-minute, no-obligation phone consultation with you to determine if a good fit exists between your needs and our group.

Meet Prospective USALC Professional		USALC will match one of its non-compensatory professionals with your organization and schedule an introductory meeting for you and that consultant.

Sign Project Agreement		If you are satisfied with your assigned professional, you will sign a 'Client Agreement' that commits your organization to the responsibilities of hosting a consulting project.

Begin Consulting Project		Over the next three months, your consultant will commit four hours per week toward performing the agreed-upon assistance. Along the way the consultant will be supervised by a Corps Project Coach.

Evaluate Consulting Project		At the conclusion of the project, you will evaluate the quality of the consultant's assistance.
